About Us

Fibre Konzept is a family business with 150 field employees, that has been operating in the European market since 2017. The company found itself in the spotlight as a manufacturer and vendor of solutions in the field of telecommunications, copper and glass fibres for high-speed Internet expansion.

We offer everything that is required for rapid and reliable connection of FTTC, FTTB and FTTH – i.e., both for outdoor and vast network areas, as well as building infrastructure. Our portfolio also includes rack and cabinet systems for high-complex data centres, ICT components, UPS systems and monitoring systems for telecom service providers, IT facilities, server rooms and data centres. Our customers commissioned us with pulling more than 1.121 km of fibre-optic cables and connecting more than 13.573 buildings in Germany, Sweden and Poland.

Our company

Our company headquarters is located in Poland. The orders placed with us are implemented with required quality, on time and in a competent manner, which can be confirmed by numerous satisfied regular customers and an ever-growing group of new customers, both in Poland and other European countries.

As a family business with strong focus on services, we are aware of the importance of meeting deadlines and reliability for our customers.

Our approach

There are three major factors that we always consider in the case of each order, namely, price, quality and time. We strive to achieve a price that benefits the customer, optimal product quality and fast order processing. At the request of our customers, we are able to – depending on material availability – manufacture a trial cabinet and share it with the customer.
 

Orders are always implemented pursuant to arrangements with customers – at a discussed and fair price, in the required quality and within a jointly agreed deadline. We provide our customers with comprehensive support – starting with the concept, through planning, quotation development, construction and installation work execution, to commissioning and project closure.

In the course of project-related discussions and meetings with a customer, we always try to propose an optimal solution. We are confident in our experience in telecom, copper fibre and glass fibre solutions for high-speed Internet expansion and offer everything that is required to rapidly and reliably connect FTTC, FTTB and FTTH – but the ultimate decision is always up to the customer.
